Go See Kenya - School & Community Project
Overview
Go See Kenya will donate a proportion of its profits to the Kenya Kesho Trust, a charity created to fund educational improvements in the surrounding region.
The educational side of the project strives to give the local children the chance of a better education through ensuring that the schools have fundamental school supplies, increasing the number of teachers per school and building better facilities; currently funded through the Kenya Kesho Trust.
Volunteers will be helping in this capacity by taking on tasks such as helping renovate and maintain school buildings, designing garments, teaching skills and offering support as well as running environmental awareness sessions and recreational clubs and taking part in sports activities such as football, volleyball and rounders.
