What will happen now?
Once we have received and checked through your booking form and questionnaire you will be sent a confirmation email and information on payment options
Payment may be made the following ways:
1) A 25% deposit with the balance due 30 days before departure
2) If the booking is made within 30 days of the departure date, 100% of the payment is required upfront
These can be made by Cheque or Bank Transfer
Once you have confirmed your payment option, you will be sent an invoice and a copy of our Terms and Conditions which you will need to carefully read through, sign and return to us.
On receipt of the payment and signed Terms and Conditions form you will be sent your pre-departure handbook with all the things you will need to know for your trip along with other useful information.
